The SR-25 A2 series of rifles is the end result of decades of improvement and refinement to the AR-10 type rifle. While each model is oriented to an application, they all share high reliability, long critical part life and intuitive ambidextrous controls. Tested to and validated by the harshest combat conditions, they prove to perform as required. Barrel and bolt life are significantly increased, reducing the need for part replacement and extending maintenance cycles.

An ambidextrous bolt release, selector and magazine release offer the left-handed user the ergonomic advantages inherent to AR-15 based controls, as well as giving right-handed users alternate methods of manipulation to increase efficiency of movement. The Drop-In 2-Stage Trigger serves double duty as an aid to long range precision marksmanship and also enabling surgical speed while shooting at close range. The trigger is not susceptible to change due to fouling or wear. A 7.62QDC Flash Suppressor reduces flash and ground disturbance and also supports KAC QDC Signature Reduction Devices.

RPB MAC 10 9mm SMG w/OPERATIONAL BRIEFCASE, ONLY 11 MADE

VERY VERY RARE...OPERATIONAL BRIEFCASE W/MAC 10 9mm SMG AND CUSTOM RPB BRIEFCASE AND CUSTOM RPB SUPPRESSOR. THIS IS OLD COLD WAR STUFF. This RPB/MILATARY ARMS CORP MAC 10,9mm SMG 9 (ON FORM 4) was sold as a package 30 years ago to a collector when Franklin Arsenal sold all their inventory. The gun itself is in like new condition, and it looks like it was test fired only. This has the briefcase shorter suppressor(RPB ONLY MADE 11 OF THESE THAT I KNOW OF) and the RPB standard longer version suppressor with it also. The cans are both the originals and in very good condition. It starts with a Mac 10, 9mm SMG from Military Arms Corp that RPB finished off, and the Briefcase Suppressor is also RPB. (ALL ON FORM 4'S IN FL.) The Suppressor paper work (form 4) spells out the Suppressor serial and the Briefcase itself. Then, the Briefcase has no visible serial number, and had not had the trigger set up in it till I got it. So I set it all up and ran the thing, and it's flawless! Coolest thing I have ever seen. I took a bunch of detailed pics to show.

 History

One of the foremost rarities in the Military Armament Corporation world – the M-10 Operational Briefcase system in 9mm. This system’s M-10 was made by Military Armament Corporation at Powder Springs, Georgia in 1973. The short suppressor was made by RPB Industries specifically for the 9mm Operational Briefcase system. This is not a standard factory suppressor. It was purpose-designed for the briefcase application. There were only a few of these suppressors made in this configuration! Comes with one factory magazine. The black leather briefcase can carry two 30 round magazines. Of interest is the barrel port cover – concealed beneath a business card which inserts into its card holder on the side of the briefcase – a normal thing to see with a business brief case. The triggering device is at the bottom of the case, as shown in the photograph. Also, look online for a copy of the January, 2003 edition of Small Arms Review magazine, which features a thorough article on operational briefcases that details original MAC Operational Briefcases. (Operational Briefcases for SMGs – By William D. Ehringer). This Operator’s Briefcase System in 9mm is an extremely hard item to find when assembling a MAC grouping of guns.
